ZERQITH

Accessibility

We want people to use Zerqith’s website and documentation with a keyboard, screen reader, browser zoom and different screen sizes. We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as our design target. We have not completed a full conformance assessment and do not claim that every criterion has been met.

What the site provides

  • A skip-to-content link, page headings and navigation landmarks.
  • Visible keyboard focus and labeled contact-form fields.
  • Text instructions alongside guide illustrations.
  • Product-specific documentation navigation and searchable guides.
  • Support for reduced-motion preferences and responsive layouts.

Current limitations

Some detailed guide diagrams contain small text when scaled to a narrow screen; the accompanying written instructions provide the same workflow. Documentation search, appearance controls and online contact-form submission require JavaScript. Core pages and written guides remain readable without it. You can contact us by email if the form is difficult to use.

Our checks cover generated page structure, field labels, image alternatives and internal links. Manual keyboard, screen-reader, zoom and contrast testing across browsers remains necessary; automated checks alone do not establish accessibility. Merchant themes, third-party platforms and merchant-authored content need their own assessment.

Report an accessibility barrier

Use Contact support and choose “Accessibility feedback”, or email [email protected]. Tell us the page URL and the task you could not complete. Browser or assistive-technology details are helpful if you wish to share them; you do not need to disclose a disability or medical information. You may request the information in another accessible format, and we will discuss what we can provide.
